Life after exam

It has been a few days since "MERDEKA", and seriously, I don't know what to do. First plan after merdeka is to visit the paintball park in Subang with Jeremy, whom I assume should be free too. Anyway, the sad thing is, don't really see any of my clicks being as free as me, thus making this holiday a long and boring one (almost 1 month of enclosure).

Just got back from futsal game, and then a short meeting and gathering at MacDs, Projet branch in Kuchai Lama. Conrad was explaining to us about the Malaysian web portal, "BlueHyppo" and how to earn some side income from that.

Well, that was basically what I did. Called Eman for "yumcha" session but it turned out he was on his way back from another "yumcha" session with another group of friends, so what to do? Go home lor. Came home, dad's watching F1 race, indianapolis this time around, and see both the ferraris dominating the race (finally).

Because of this holiday, I stayed up to watch the Brazil and France game at 3am! Of course that wasn't in vain as I witness the mighty (so called) Brazil get eliminated. The only comment I can conjure out at the moment, "The better team won".

Currently it is 2.34am and I'm being harrassed by someone who have lots of so called "personal problems", "girl problems" to be more precise, note I used a singular noun, "GIRL" not "GIRLS" so yeah, it sucks.

Hrmm, maybe I'll post about some of the matches I've watched during the highlights and of course comment abit here and there. But for now, enjoying myself on my comfy bed. Wished there was something comfy here I can cuddle, I'm too old to be using a boolster

Bukit Tinggi stream

Well this is kinda like a copy of my other blog, but just to share the pictures, more will be added later

Okay, this is long overdue (sorry la, abit busy with work the past few months). I did take a short trip to Bukit Tinggi during the Chinese New Year Holidays. Here are some of the goods that came with it (Note don't expect details ok?).

Waking up in the morning is very very refreshing indeed. Looked out of the window and saw some thick midst.

Nice isn't it? Of course that is only the starters.

This is how the lodging looks like, of course its nothing to shout about, but its nice you know, being able to enjoy some fresh air. Its actually not a hotel or what, but more like a high class condominium, so happen we just rent a few appartments and it became a trip.

After a short walk (about 5 minutes from my appartment), I went up to the stream, here are some pictures from the short walk;

On the way to the stream

Taken about 6-7 p.m

Little mushroom sprang out of nowhere after a short drizzle.

Daddy's Bday

Man I've been really lazy these pass few weeks, lazy to blog I mean. Well, dad's birthday just past, we had a nice family dinner at Hoi Kei near our house. We went through all means to make him happy, bought him a cake, blah blah, and of course in return, he gave as a superlicious time.

Dad's a very nice person, jovial, always laughing and a good joker. Because he has been soooooo nice to all of us, mom and I decided to surprise him this year. Secretly, we went for present hunting and FINALLY! We decided to get him a handphone. Yeap, I've spend my gaji for his H/P and secretly hoping he'll get a better one for me next time(just kidding).

Anyway, thank God he LOVED IT!

Of course it wasn't without some scenario. You see, I packed the gift up with newspaper and then a wrapper(sorry lazy to upload the pictures, will do it next time ya), coupled with a plastic bag with "coffee" logo. At first touch, he said, "You all arrrrr, buy me underwear again arr??"

Well, I guess he must have some bad experiences with "underwear" the last time....

Anyway, we are happy that he's happy. Back to sleep now...adios

View From My House

I guess its been too long since I've posted anything on this particular blog, that is why I've decided to take a few shots at night, and post it up.

Lets start with a view from my balcony. I was quite shocked to find out how beautiful the view is.

This particular shot is taken behind my balcony's bamboo curtain.

Nothing special about this. Taken from the kitchen.

Last but not least, some extra, a picture from my room. I've learned how to manipulate slow shuttle speed to get some cool effects.

By the way, all pictures taken had to be rested on a solid platform, for the shuttle speed was nearly 8 seconds per-shot. That is what you would get with night mode.

Snapping Around In the Morning

Was on the North South Highway the other day and yes, took some pictures with my trusty camera.

This cloud formation was pretty interesting. Yeah it was raining the whole day in Johor, so the other shots wasn't all that clear.

Well this picture was suppose to turn out very nice, but I was abit slow in preparing the camera and the best part zipped by in just a split second.

Yeah....all midsty and cool that morning. Sorry to dissapoint you guys out there, but that's all I have right now. Hope to keep you guys updated more often in the future even though it would be quite impossible. Try posting more comments, maybe that would give me more idea or even the chat box.

I Love The Beach!

Alright, let's dedicate 3 pictures to the beach! I love the beach, tranquility, the breeze, just walking there alone is fun and peaceful but walking with friend or friends can be fun too. Great place as you will be able to observe couples walking there, or you'll see family picnic, it's just nice lar. Anyway one of the best times to enjoy the beach is early in the morning or in the evening just before sunset. That's the time where the waves are high and powerful but of course, don't get overboard, maintain safety and be conscious of others around you. Well I'll just leave 3 pictures of what it was like walking along the beach in Cherating that time.

Sunset

It's just a picture I took the other day before heading out for church. This view is from my room. Just look at the beauty of the sunset. Many people mourn about the chance to visit England, Scotland, France but to me, Malaysia is a beautiful country. I've always and ever will be satisfied being here as everywhere, almost everywhere, I look, I see the symbol of peace.

Of course the only thing that has change is the rapid development, but with proper planning, I believe we can still keep a clean and green image. Besides that, the weather has taken a twist for the worst the pass few years. Unpredictable heat and rain coupled with terrible haze almost everyday but of course it's global, and most of the haze is caused by turmoil from our neighbours. Enjoy Malaysia!

Cyberjaya

Went to Cyberjaya with Lip lip the other day, so I decided to take my digicam along, hoping to get some good shots of that place. Anyway, we were heading for Lim Kok Wing.

Aha, nope, this is not Cyberjaya, this is "The Mines" actually. We stop by Mobil station to fill petrol so this building cought my attention!

What really cought my attention there is the bridges. The way they design the bridge is pretty cool....there you go, click on it for a better view.

Even the way into Cyberjaya from LDP is pretty colourful. They really made it look nice.

Aha! Lim Kok Wing, our destination. To be frank, I find the place pretty DUH!!! Too much into arts that sort of frightens me. It was a Saturday when we were there, pretty quiet.

There, future LKW student posing proudly infront of the rather awkward University. Whats more, it's EXPENSIVE TO STUDY THERE!! Hehe, nevertheless, nice place.

Really didn't have the mood to take out my cam and started snapping pictures. But the walkway is kinda scary!!!

Might be going back for the second round next week. I'll ask Lip to take more pictures. Oh yeah, the sport facilities sucks!! Hahaha

Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort

This is just a brief description of BJGCC. Of course the pictures taken isn't that good because I was running late for the badminton session.

This picture has nothing to do with BJGCC but the background cought my attention, "Red Skies".

I did take some pictures outside the parking area but using nightmode without flash is pretty hectic as the slow shuttle speed required a sturdy hand, something I didn't have time for. This is the view from the sports counter.

Here's a picture taken just outside the badminton court. Here you can oversee the counter.

Ahh one of the best facility there, the badminton court! No need for extra description.

Very fancy swimming pool indeed. Below is another one from downstairs.

A shot at the wash room. I use the reflection of the mirror to picture the available lockers and bench. Opps accidentally cought a picture of uncle.......(SHHHHH).

The shower area. There are 8 shower cubicle and 2 WC. Of course this is the men's room. So sorry, I don't want to violate the Malaysian law of intrusion.

That would be all for now. Will try to take better shots next time.

Kenyir Lake, Dam

I guess there should be more pictures from Kenyir. There goes

On the way to the resort. Guess it was pretty interesting watching a boat zoom past a small island.

Boat ride early morning.

Kenyir dam or more known as Empangan Kenyir

Hydroelectric dam

Pretty interesting to know that Lake Kenyir is actually larger than the Island of Singapore! Don't Play Play arr

Kuala Lumpur

Wonderful Day

This 2 pictures were taken from my house at brickfields. The weather was just perfect that day so I decided to get busy.

It was fairly cloudy when I took this shot, it is in the afternoon about 2 p.m.

KL SENTRAL

This is KL Sentral from the carpark. I live just opposite this huge central hub so it is pretty convinient with Putra LRT, KTM, ERL and of course Monorail which is situated accross the road.

From KL Sentral, Brickfields, you'll still get a good view of the 2 icon of KL.

The KL Sentral bus stop. Don't know why I took this picture also hehe.

Taking the LRT from KL Sentral.

Ampang Park

One of the first building you will see upon exiting Ampang Park Station.

The sight of the Twin Towers still captivates me. Hrrm just food for thought, KLCC is NOT THE TOWER ITSELF! The tower's official name is the Petronas Twin Towers. KLCC is the AREA around the Twin Towers. By the way the other building beside the Twin Towers is the Maxis building. I wonder if uncle "Meiheisan" was inside when this picture was taken hehe.

Ahh much better view from the top floor of the college I am studying in. Will snap more of KL next time.
